G.R.O.O.V.E.

Oh What A Night!  Thanks to all the GROOVEy girls who came out to the Thirsty Scholar last night. I had a ROCKIN' good time,  I am soooooo proud of all the girls who particpated: Terri, Maureen, Sue, Patty, Becky, Wendy and Nanette sang for their charm....ok me and Tammy did too but WE dont have the fear of performing in front of a live crowd.  soo maybe we will do something a little more challenging to earn that badge...any suggestions??? To the girls that earned their charm: you can order those at the end of the year for pick up at the 3rd Annual GROOVE banquet.  details TBA.

Patrick, the kick a$$ Kareoke DJ, was right on top of everything. The sound was great and he moved the music/singers along so smoothly.  FYI, he is for hire for other parties and quite reasonable I might add!!!  Thanks Patrick!

To the MOG's that showed up - I hope you enjoyed yourself. We certainly liked having you along.  My hubby says he hates Kareoke but he seemed to enjoy himself ALOT!  Happy Birthday Mark...Sue was using her noggin in choosing an appropriate song for her husband!

I have to say I am a little dissappointed in my sis Mo.....she never "found a song" to sing.  EVEN though I made plenty of great suggestions....maybe next time?????
