I thought everyone might like to have the recipes from our mixoloy class:

COSMOPOLITAN: 2 oz Absolut Citron, 1/2 oz Triple Sec, 1/2 of a fresh lime, 1 oz cranberry juice, garnish with lime

PINAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE: 2 oz smirnoff Vanilla, 2 oz of Pineapple Juice, grenadine for color, cherry garnish

CHOCOLATE MARTINI: 1 1/2 oz of Stoli Vanilla, 3/4 oz Godiva chocolate Liquor, 3/4 oz Bailey's

remember Mixology is an ART not science. closeness counts.  if it tastes good - its right!
